The Mill

BK Venues’ newest addition to the portfolio is the resurrection of an industrial space located in the heart of Gowanus. The historic mill interior blended with a new age white box loft aesthetic takes this industrial charm to the next level with modern functionality in one state of the art event space. The Mill boasts 40 ft high ceilings with a trademark lofted area and expansive open air rooftop which highlights an impressive city skyline view. With space for up to 150 seated or up to 250 cocktail style, this cutting edge space has it all. In addition to the rooftop and unique interior, this rehabilitated industrial space also features a courtyard to host an outdoor component to your event on the ground floor. The open interior floor plan makes this space the ideal spot for your upcoming corporate, private, or social event. The Mill does not provide in-house catering, linens, glassware, flatware, or decor. The event space must be cleaned and emptied of all garbage upon completion of the function, which is typically done by the caterer of your choice. There is a designated area for waste pick up at the end of the rental period. 50% of the rental fee is due at signing.
