This one-of-a-kind rustic 19th-century rope factory boasts exposed brick and original wood accents. High ceilings and a layered design helps create a great flow for private and corporate events alike. Lofted above the main event space is an 800 sq. ft. converted mezzanine that overlooks the main dining/dancing space with breathtaking views of the NYC skyline. There is an additional 600 sq. ft. open-air roof-deck adjacent to this lofted space. The lofted area and roof deck are only accessible by staircase. All outside equipment and rentals will need to be delivered and picked up between rental hours. The Greenpoint Loft is equipped with two newly renovated restroom areas, three-stalls in each, designation optional. There is a built-in bar area with running water on the main level. No restrictions on outside vendors aside from security, WiFi, and valet. Caterers that are new to the location are required to complete a site visit before the event date. There is a kitchen prep area for caterer set-up, food production, and storage. The kitchen prep space comes equipped with a sink, refrigerator, freezer, counter space, and ample power. The venue does not provide in-house catering, linens, glassware, flatware, or decor. A coat check room and two dressing suites outside of the main space are included in the rental. The event space must be cleaned and emptied of all garbage upon completion of the function, which is typically done by the caterer of your choice. There is a designated area for waste pick up at the end of the rental period. 50% of the rental fee is due at signing.
