The Dumbo Loft

The Dumbo Loft is a 3000 sq. ft. renovated 19th-century tobacco warehouse located by the newly restored Brooklyn Bridge park section of the historic DUMBO district. This unique event space is steps away from the Manhattan Bridge overpass, lined with cobblestone streets and world-renowned photo opportunities. All outside equipment and rentals will need to be delivered and picked up between rental hours. The Dumbo Loft is equipped with two single-stall restrooms. There is no restriction on outside vendors aside from security, WiFi, and valet. Caterers that are new to the location are required to complete a site visit before the event date. There is a kitchen prep area for caterer’s adjacent to the main event space. Kitchen prep comes equipped with a sink, residential refrigerator/freezer unit, countertop, and power. There is no in-house catering, linens, glassware, flatware, or decor provided. The Dumbo Loft must be broom swept and emptied of all garbage upon completion of the event, which is typically done by the caterer of your choice. There is a designated area for waste pick up at the end of the rental period. One dressing room with a private restroom is also provided during the rental period. 50% of the rental fee is due at signing.
