This unique restored metal works factory, located in the heart of DUMBO, was built in 1912 and boasts some of the most magnificent original craftsmanship in our portfolio. The beautiful shell, once a foundry, still contributes to the architectural character of the DUMBO Historic District. This landmark building has been restored into a ground level event location with more than 8,000 sq. ft. of total space. With furniture included, the client or vendor, typically a caterer, is responsible for the setup and breakdown of these items. All outside equipment and rentals must be delivered and picked between rental hours. 26 Equipped with two separate restroom areas, five-stall each. There is a large built-in bar with two running water access points. There are no restrictions on outside vendors aside from security, WiFi, and valet. Caterers that are new to the location are required to complete a site visit before the event date. There is a large kitchen prep area for the caterer’s set-up, production, and storage. Kitchen prep space equipment: sink, commercial refrigerator, commercial freezer, ice machine, countertop, and power. There is no in-house catering, linens, glassware, flatware, or decor included in the rental. Coat check room and two separate changing rooms outside of the main space are provided. A one of a kind lofted area overlooking the main space is unique to this location. 26 Bridge must be broom swept and emptied of all garbage upon completion of the event, which is typically done by the caterer of your choice. There is a designated area for waste pick up at the end of the rental period. 50% of the rental fee is due at signing.

Oh my gosh this is such a cool venue! Vines everywhere, overhead sunlight and exposed brick. This industrial-modern-chic at its best! It has a courtyard with lush foliage and awesome decor. If I were to choose one venue in NYC to get married at, I think it would be this one. You can’t take a bad photo here. If you want traditional with a hint of edge, this is it! This stunning venue can seat up to 200 guests and you have plenty of dancing room. This venue offer beautiful landscaping that will work anytime of year because they also have pebble walkways all around the venue, which is very convenient for any rainy weather that happens and is easy for the high heel shoes to not sink in the soil. Beautiful tree backdrops for great outdoor photos, and let’s not forgot the cool black barn backdrop that is perfect contrast to the white wedding gown to make that beautiful bride and groom stand out in the photos.
